How do I place an order?+
Choose a design, add it to your cart, pay securely through Razorpay, and receive your order confirmation. For a custom 10-nail set, we will contact you on WhatsApp after payment to confirm sizing.
Should I choose a 10-nail set or a 24-nail set?+
Choose the 24-nail universal-size set if you want multiple sizes and no measuring. For a tailored fit, choose and pay for the 10-nail custom-sized set; we will then contact you on WhatsApp to confirm sizing before making it.
Can I customize a design?+
Yes. Customisation is available. You can share your design idea, reference image, colour preference, or any specific details, and we can create that for you.
Can I order the same design in another colour?+
Yes. Most designs can be customised with different colours.
How does nail sizing work?+
For a custom 10-nail set, place your order and complete payment first. We will then contact you on WhatsApp to collect or confirm your measurements before making the set. Choose a 24-nail universal-size set if you want to skip measuring.
What comes in the kit?+
Your kit includes the selected press-on nails, nail glue, glue tabs, buffer, alcohol prep pad, cuticle stick, and an application, care, and removal guide.
Can I reuse press-on nails?+
Press-ons can often be reused if removed carefully and stored well. It also depends on how gently the set is removed.
Do prices change for custom designs?+
Yes, prices may vary for custom designs. The listed prices are for the shown sets and may change based on the level of customisation, extra nail art, charms, embellishments, or complex design work. The final price will be confirmed before your order is made.
How long does a custom set take?+
Timelines depend on the design and current order queue. Send your design reference on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the expected making time before you place the order.
How long does delivery take?+
Processing usually takes 1-3 days as each set is handmade. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for other areas after dispatch.
What is the return policy?+
Due to hygiene requirements, opened or used nail sets cannot be returned. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items will be replaced when reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Sizing support is provided before custom orders are produced.
