Press-on nails are personal-use beauty products, so returns and exchanges are limited to damaged, missing, or incorrect orders.
Hygiene and replacement policy
Due to hygiene requirements, opened or used nail sets cannot be returned. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items will be replaced when reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Sizing support is provided before custom orders are produced.
